Balfour Beatty buys Multibuild assets

Balfour Beatty has acquired Multibuild Hotels and Leisure and Multibuild Interiors for £1.9million.

The Stockport firms, which specialise in the construction and fit-out of hotel and leisure facilities, have been acquired from parent company Multibuild Holdings Ltd, which was in administration.

The acquisition will give Balfour Beatty a foothold in the retail, leisure and cinema fit out market.
