CRBE client buys retail portfolio
The Capital Markets team at CB Richard Ellis North West has advised a client of CBRE Investors, a pension fund, on the purchase of a £7.8million retail portfolio comprising three supermarkets.
The properties were sold by Three60, a subsidiary of the Liverpool-based PLUS Housing Group. Mason Owen advised.
The properties, Somerfield supermarkets, are located in Holywell, North Wales, and Willenhall, in the West Midlands.
The deal represented a a net initial yield of 6.33 per cent.
