Henderson Global Investors buys Islington shopping centre

Henderson Global Investors has bought the N1 shopping centre in Islington for £112 million.

Henderson Global Investors’ German business Warburg-Henderson KAG has acquired the site from Metro Shopping Fund, a joint venture between property firms Land Securities and Delancey.

The shopping centre includes four floors of shops and restaurants, a nine-screen Vue cinema, the O2 Academy live music venue, and a 100-space car park.
