Peel sells Blackburn retail park

Real estate investment fund manager Prupim has bought the retail and leisure complex Peel Centre in Blackburn for £27million.

The 150,000 square foot scheme on Whitebirk Drive off the M65 is let to chains including Staples and a Vue cinema.
