Five shopping centres sold

Holland - Unibail-Rodamco has sold five Dutch shopping centres to Wereldhave for €235m as part of its strategy to focus on large shopping centres.

The five shopping centres include: Eggert Shopping Centre in Purmerend; De Koperwiek Shopping Centre in Capelle aan de Ijssel; De Roselaar Shopping Centre in Roosendaal; WoenselXL Shopping Centre in Eindhoven; and Overvecht Shopping Centre in Utrecht. The five centres comprise a total letting area of around 60,000 sq m.

The sale will complete in March.
