Klepierre offloads three properties

Paris - Property company Klepierre has sold three retail assets as it seeks to dispose of €400m of property this year.

The firm raised €72.8m from the sale of Karl Johans Gate 16, a 4,500m2 high street retail unit in Oslo, the Douai – Flers-en-Escrebieu shopping centre in France and a Rouen retail unit. The properties were sold for €31.5m, €30m and €11.3m respectively.

The sales brings Klepierre’s year to date disposals to €107m, it said, adding that its disposal program for 2010 should be between €250m and €400m.
