MGPA buys Polish centres

Warsaw - Private equity group MGPA, has bought two shopping centres in Poland for its Europe Fund III.

It has bought the two centres - Karolinka and Pogoria – and has an option to buy a third from DTC Finance.

The three shopping centres have been developed and managed by retail developer Mayland Real Estate.

The two shopping centres acquired initially, Karolinka and Pogoria, are located in Silesia.

It has paid €187million for the two centres.
