Go ahead for Congleton scheme

Scarborough Development Group has received planning permission to build a hotel and food store on a three acre site in Congleton town centre in Cheshire.

As well as a 60,000 square foot food store and a 96 room hotel, the development will also include car parking, a new indoor and outdoor market, a new public square and new pedestrian links.
