Montpellier Estates submits plans for Leeds scheme

Developer Montpellier Estates has submitted plans for a 2million square foot mixed-use development in Leeds City Centre.

The 10 acre City One site will comprise grade A office space, residential and retail units, restaurants, a hotel and casino.

The site had originally been earmarked as a potential location for the Leeds Arena project but was then withdrawn following Leeds City Council’s decision to appoint itself as the arena developer and locate the new project at council owned land at Claypit Lane.
