Oxford Street site up for sale

A one acre freehold island site on Oxford Street, London, one of the UK's most famous shopping streets has been put up for sale.

The price is expected to be around £210million.

Cosgrave Property Group has instructed CB Richard Ellis to market the site, which may be sold as one or two lots.

The site comprises Jubilee House at 197-213 Oxford Street and 215-219 Oxford Street. Its main tenants are fashion retailers Next, River Island, New Look and Zara. The offices above are let to auctioneer Christies.
