Shoe Zone opens Macclesfield store

Footwear retailer Shoe Zone has taken a 1,795 square foot unit in Macclesfield.

The company has agreed a ten year lease at £50,000 a year with landlord ITB Pension Fund for the unit at 12 Mill Street.

Ramsdens acted on behalf of Shoe Zone, while ITB Pension Fund was represented by Legat Owen in the deal.
